Tolles Kissen und super Kundenservice. Das Kissen wurde mir Vakuum verpackt geliefert. Erstaunlich wie verhältnismäßig klein das Paket war. Holt man das Kissen aus seiner Verpackung dehnt es sich sehr schnell aus und es ist kaum zu erkennen wie klein es Verpackt war. Die Farbe ist wie erwartet und das Kissen nicht zu weich und nicht zu hart, eben gut um sich gemütlich anzulehnen (perfekt für's Home-Office). Für mich wichtig war, dass der Bezug abnehmbar und waschbar ist. Das Kissen macht insgesamt einen guten und hochwertigen Eindruck.
Ich hatte ein kleines Problem mit einem Knopf, welches ich mit dem Kundenservice aber sehr schnell lösen konnte.

Super confortable et très joli et soyeux. Sur un canapé qui a une assise trop profonde ce coussin donne un très bon soutien pour le dos .
